Super location nice staff helpful very professional the manager can be proud of her staff team many thanks for the front desk and the conscierge as well many thanks for all of them and it was so nice to experience a delicious dinner in the restaurant ( les fenêtres )I will definitely be back again as soon as I have few days to enjoy la dolce vita à La Marseillaise and enjoy the mediteranien fresh fish and sea food in marseille and in the beautiful village of cassis and aix en Provence as well .❤️💐

We were given a free room upgrade for the second time we stayed here. The Hotel is very luxurious and well situated overlooking the Old Port of Marseilles. The breakfast room and choices were outstanding. The bar staff and service were excellent... the female mixologist and hostess, sorry I can't recall her name but it began with "L", was a real star.

Beautiful old renovated building, very nice location just north of the Vieux Port and at the South of Le Panier district. Staff was super nice and professional (reception, concierge, bar). Very beautiful rooms: spacious, very large and beautiful bathrooms. Super nice terrace on the 1st floor with a bar, great place to have a drink with a wonderful view of the Vieux Port.

The location was great. The staff were fantastic. The rooms were comfy and I loved the balconies to yhe front. I thought it was very cool to have a hawk overlooking everyone at breakfast to scare away the pigeons and crows.

Comfortable large room. Shower and bath. The hotel itself is beautiful. Lovely amenities for our baby staying with us as he got a little gift bag and balloon with the travel cot the hotel provided. Valet parking was a great experience.

The 7th floor room was amazing. Even with the back view of Le Panier neighborhood, the front door was to open on a thrilling view of the city part of the old port seen between the archs of the open corridor. Valet parking and concierge teams were amazing.

The building and location could not be beat (except that it's at the top of a hill with no easy access for people on foot; it's quite a walk after a long day of sightseeing!). The room was immaculate, and that bed the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel! This was also the quietest hotel room I've ever had, which is a massive benefit for a light sleeper such as myself.
